AI and the End of Humanity

 


     Unbelievable, horrible information you actually don’t need and news you actually don’t want to hear:

     A few days ago, a Bangkok man was arrested after raping a koi, yep, the fish. The 51-year-old man trespassed a property, went to the koi pond and reached for a fish and did the monstrous, unimaginable act. 

     And speaking of bestiality, FBI chief Kash Patel was questioned by US Senators on why the FBI now accepts FBI applicants accused/guilty of bestiality. Mr. Patel explained that he didn’t want to punish victims of bestiality; that they can still work for the agency despite being involved in the crime, drawing incredulous responses from the senators. Apparently, the FBI chief doesn’t understand the term “bestiality” as he thinks victims of bestiality can still work as FBI agents.

     Imagine a goat barging into your house with a warrant and arresting you.

     US President Trump dismisses the warning of AI insiders that AI (the self-improving super intelligent kinds, not the generative ones so forgive the image on this article, lol) would kill all humans in a few years’ time, calling the warning a hoax, to which a US senator responds that Trump couldn’t even probably spell artificial intelligence to save his life.

     Imagine the world having a major existential crisis, and it is Trump who is supposed to lead the fight against it. Trump doesn’t even know that the word “dumb” has a “b” in it.

    Here in the Philippines, a gay man went viral for uploading a video bragging and threatening to torture and kill his two dogs for destroying his "expensive" slippers. The most expensive stuff our own dog has chewed are my legs, and no, we didn’t think of torturing him and, worse, of killing him. The spoiled rotten dog even got more treats. This gay man deserves to be tortured, er, be punished for this misdemeanor.

     Also in the Philippines, a female vendor was accused of selling kwek-kwek without eggs, which is probably the most heinous among the crimes and felonies listed here.

     These types of news are the reasons AI will hurry to kill us all.

     Every day, humans get dumber and crueler.

     And yes, “dumber” has a “b.”

Roger Waters, Thom Yorke, Taylor Swift, and an Audacious Instagram User

       Roger Waters (former Pink Floyd frontman) and Thom Yorke (Radiohead frontman), two of my favorite songwriters of all time, continue to feud with each other. The quarrel started a few years ago, I think, when Roger wrote and asked Thom not to perform in Israel, which Thom ignored. Roger has been protesting Israel for a long time and asking his fellow artists no to go and perform there. He called Thom “damaged and not very bright.” Lol.      I learned that a friend had recently undergone surgery for myoma, which was a common benign tumor in uterus, and wished her well. I really don’t know what causes it, but no, long-term celibacy doesn’t cause it. Lol.      I have an Instagram account which is empty and pointless and thoroughly inactive, but despite that, one account had the temerity to follow me. Lol. AND HERE'S SOME BAD NEWS...

Seventeen years ago, Maureen Hultman, 16 years old, Roland John Chapman, 21 and Jussi Olavi Leino, 24, were returning home from a party when they were accosted and confronted by Claudio Teehankee Jr, 45. Teehankee, who was unknown to the three, demanded some identification. Leino took out his wallet and showed Teehankee an ID. Chapman approached them and asked Teehankee: “Why are you bothering us?” Teehankee drew out his gun and shot Chapman in the chest. “Why did you shoot me?” Chapman asked Teehankee as he was crumpling to the ground. Chapman died on the spot. Teehankee then ordered the now hysterical Hultman and Leino to sit together on the sidewalk. While seated, unarmed and begging for mercy, the two were gunned down by Teehankee. Hultman was killed while Leino survived and later identified Teehankee as the gunman.
