But you’re just mightily afraid to do it because you know that crime doesn't pay and you’ve heard that food in prison is terrible and that goodlooking and fair-skinned guys like you are worshipped and adored like Playboy Playmates there?

Dexter is a wonderful crime/drama/dark comedy TV series that airs on cable channel Fox Crime. Dexter Morgan (brilliantly played by Michael Hall of Six Feet Under) is a vigilante who stalks and murders serial killers. Yes, he is a serial killer who kills serial killers. Dexter works as a blood-spatter expert (his dream job since he’s fascinated with blood) for the Miami Police. He is polite, caring, socially responsible and has a soft spot for children. He is also a loner who doesn't fall in love and who doesn't like sex and intimacy.
Season 3 of Dexter will air this September. DVD of Season 1 and Season 2 can now be procured from your friendly neighborhood pirates. Grab it and enjoy. And oh, keep the knives away while watching it, especially if you’re with someone who, like Dexter, relishes seeing blood.

And young prisoners are not kept together with mature prisoners. Also, this is the only country in the world, I think, has this tendency to spoil the prisoners. When an inmate does not like the food being served, say, Spaghetti and/or hamburgers/salad, the prison officials will order Chinese if that's what the inmates like. I was shocked one day when I was in this youth offenders facility doing research - and two of the young men didn't like spaghetti and hamburgers, and they were given Chinese food because that was what they prefered to eat that day. And where in the world can you find a serial killer like Clifford Olson, who had his own BLOG? The only problem was he went too far by contuing to torture the families of the children he had killed by writing about them.
The tax payers are now crying foul and the government promised to
put a stop to it.

Dito sa Canada, kapag may mental illness ka, hindi ka puwedeng PILITIN ng gobiyerno na magpagamot kung ayaw mo, dahil isa iyan sa civil rights mo. The law says that as long as you are not a threat to other people, or to yourself, no one can pick you up and send you to a mental hospital. Of course, iimbitahan ka na magpa-ospital. Kapag tumanggi ka, at wala ka namang sinasaktang ibang tao, you are free to roam.
Hence, the people you see picking up food from the garbage, are the ones with mental illness who refuse to be confined. Mabuti na lang at wala ditong mga airborne germs na tulad sa mga maiinit na lugar. Kung hindi, tiyak na magkakabulate rin ang mga ito na tulad diyan sa ating bansa.
I think it's a flawed law. Bakit mo ibibigay ang pagdedesisyon sa isang baliw, e, baliw nga ito? He he. Hindi na nito alam kung ano ang mabuti o masama para sa kanya. Siguro, ang pamilya nito ang dapat pagdesisyunin. Kung wala itong pamilya, then the government should force his/her confinement.

Nabasa ko rin 'tong balita na 'to. Wala raw kaabug-abog na pinagsasaksak ng suspect 'yong biktima na nakasakay lang nito sa bus at pagkatapos ay pinutulan ng ulo at tinanggalan ng lamang-loob. Hindi ko nga lang maalala kung kumain nga ng body parts ng victim 'yong suspect.
Pero dito sa Pinas, last week lang yata, isang lalake ang wala ring sabi-sabing pinatay ang isang dalagita. Tinanggal daw ng suspect 'yong liver ng bata at kinain.
I was in the middle of having dinner when that news was aired. Bigla akong nanlumo at nawalan ng gana.
