Kawhi, Michael, and Cinnamon

There are rumors going on that Kawhi Leonard is coming back to San Antonio Spurs. Some big shots in San Antonio probably read my blog wherein I said that Kawhi Leonard could limit or completely shut down Jalen Brunson. Lol.

The Office is coming to Netflix. Some Netflix honchos probably read my blog wherein I confessed that one of the reasons I resubscribed to Disney+ is because I wanted to finish watching The Office. Lol.

Actually, this blog entry is about the delivery of the cinnamon powder (49 grams) I ordered online. Cinnamon is a small part of my health regimen. It’s rich in antioxidants, it’s anti-inflammatory, supports heart health, regulates blood sugar, and may help fight cancer and lower blood pressure. And for women, it may reduce menstrual pain. I consume half a teaspoon or less in my coffee or tea, and that’s it, I’ll partake of it the next day. You can also add it to yogurt or smoothies or in your bread, if you bake. Half a teaspoon is enough for the day. Don’t consume it excessively. I consume it for five or six days straight, rest for a day, and then consume it again. Consume small amount at first to make sure you're not allergic to it. And that it won't interact with your medicines. Make sure that you buy CEYLON CINNAMON and not CASSIA CINNAMON because Cassia Cinnamon has an ingredient that is toxic and damaging to liver if you consume it in high amounts. Ceylon Cinnamon has very little of that ingredient.

And it seems that Kawhi and Michael Scott also love cinnamon. Lol.
