Murder, Pedophiles, War, Riots, and Books
"There is no friend as loyal as a book."
--Ernest Hemingway
Charlie
Kirk, a hardcore Donald Trump supporter and a right-wing political activist,
was shot dead yesterday. He was hit in the neck and died instantly. As of this
writing, the shooter hasn’t been identified and arrested. Mr. Kirk supported gun ownership and thought
there should be a couple of deaths by guns every year so people would realize
the necessity of owning a gun. Also, he said that he couldn’t stand the word
empathy and thought that it was a made-up term that was damaging. Also, he
hated gays and people of color.
A few days
ago, a birthday card supposedly written more than twenty years ago by US
President Donald Trump and sent to demonic pedophile and child abuser and child trafficker Jeffrey
Epstein was made public. The card showed the drawing of a teenage girl’s nude
body with Trump’s signature serving as its pubic hair and inside the body was
Trump’s birthday message to Epstein. In his message, Trump wished for more
wonderful secrets with Epstein. Trump first claimed that the card didn’t exist,
and when it was released, claimed that his signature was forged. Trump’s administration,
according to world media, is doing everything to distract the American people
from connecting him to Epstein’s crimes—and they mean everything, to the
point that they would probably have someone murdered just to take people's mind off Trump's connection to Epstein.
Russia sent
drones inside’s Poland’s airspace, which were quickly destroyed. And now some
are saying that it was an act of war and that it could lead to World War 3.
Anti-corruption
protests and riots are still raging in Indonesia and Nepal. Citizens of both
countries are entering their politicians’ homes and offices and ransacking and
burning them. They are also assaulting politician and government officials they
see on the streets.
A few
Filipino politicians have been implicated in the DPWH corruption scandals. Not
surprising, and I think not only a few politicians are involved, I’m sure it’s
a lot, and I also think that the Philippines, my country, is on the brink of
going Nepal and Indonesia’s way.
The world
is probably ending, and corrupt, wicked, and greedy politicians/leaders are to
blame.
Meanwhile,
while humanity still exists, please be informed that Manila International Book
Fair is currently happening (from September 10 to 14) at SMX Convention Center.
If you love books, it will be a paradise for you. Close all your social media
accounts, buy a few nice books, go home and read them and step into another
world, a world that is dreamy, charming, magical and kind.
This world
is not kind.
